Middle School Spring Workouts

Purpose:

This weightlifting / basic training program is designed for current 7th and 8th grade football players that would like to participate in our spring development program.  The Peachtree Ridge football coaches and training staff will design and implement a fundamentally-based training program that will further prepare athletes for performing at the highest level. 

 

Training Days:

Workouts are every Monday and Thursday starting Monday, Feb 26, (except Spring Break) and run from 5:30-6:45 PM at the Lion's Den on PRHS campus.

Students-athletes must arrange transportation to and from all workouts; Must be picked up no later than 7:00 PM

 

Cost:

Cost to attend all workouts is $50 made payable via:

  • Check to PRHS Football Booster Club
  • Zelle to treasurer@PRHSFootball.com
  • Card utilizing our Square

All athletes must have their physicals uploaded to RankOne in order to participate.  

 

What to bring:

Athletes should have a light snack after school before workouts.  Diet and nutrition will be discussed by the coaching staff. 

Athletes should bring workout clothes and sneakers.  Mondays, all athletes will be in blue t-shirts and Thursdays, athletes will wear red t-shirts.
