Rising Peachtree Ridge senior Alex Carman made a commitment Friday to the Davidson College (N.C.) football program.

Carman is a multi-year starter at center on the Lions’ offensive line who maintains a 4.0 GPA and scored 32 on the ACT. He was an All-Region 6-AAAAAAA selection as a junior.
